Can I attend the co-located Smart Data Conference? 

Yes! Registering for the NoSQL Now! Conference will grant you complimentary access to the co-located 2015 Smart Data Conference during the day(s) for which you have registered. The Smart Data Conference is designed to accommodate all levels of technical understanding, from novice through expert. It will bring together emerging disciplines that are focused on more intelligent information gathering and analysis. For more information, click here.

What’s the cancellation/substitution policy? 

Confirmed registrants who do not attend are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation. Should you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing.

Cancellations received:

• By July 17, 2015 will be subject to a $50 cancellation charge;
• Between July 18 and July 31, 2015 are subject to a $100 cancellation charge;
• After August 1, 2015 will not be entitled to a credit or refund.

Substitutions may be made at any time. 

Not sure which Tutorial to pick, do I have to decide now? Can I change my selection?

You do need to pre-select a tutorial because we provide printed materials for those sessions. Regular conference sessions are “come and go” as you please.

Changing your selection:

• Either log back into your account using the password you created when registering and change your selection, OR
• Send us an email and we can update your registration record for you.

If you want to decide later, select the “Undecided” option.

Will I get access to the conference presentations?

Will I still get access to the session handouts if I attend the conference or do I have to purchase that separately?

• The handouts are included with your registration and you will receive a URL and password to access the protected-PDF files prior to the conference. You do not need to purchase it separately, unless you need to buy additional licenses.
