Much has been said about SQL and NoSQL as if they were two separate worlds. The truth is that the performance demands on Big Data, coupled with the reporting and integration demands over the same data, require the benefits of both technologies. c-treeACE, FairCom's flagship product, is a fully ACID key-value store that supports multiple relational and non-relational APIs.

This high-performance engineering-level database technology delivers lightening speed while simultaneously providing real-time read/write SQL access to live NoSQL data stores. In this session, we'll look at a financial leader's process, some application-specific challenges they faced, and how they leveraged our No+SQL solution to meet those demands.

As FairCom's Vice President of Engineering Services, Randal Hoff oversees the technical support, training and overall product satisfaction of the FairCom customer base. Working directly with an advanced team of skilled engineers, Hoff keeps their focus on providing the best possible technical services for FairCom customers. His technical career, which spans more than 25 years, includes progressively responsible positions at FairCom and General Electric. Hoff holds a Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia. When he's not coding? Hoff enjoys spending time with his family, including watching his daughter compete at state level golf tournaments and his son's college soccer matches.
